I didn't get the pizza this time, but I'm sure I'll be back for a second visit.  For Rittenhouse, the prices are very reasonable.  Our party of 4 ate for what you would typically pay for a party of 2 in the neighboring restaurants.  We came here for brunch and it's nice to see more than sausage, eggs, and toast on the brunch menu.  Brunch entrees come with a coffee and your choice of a mimosa or bloody mary.  Service was decent and our food came out fairly quickly.  I ordered the Gorgonzola burger, which came with a side of greens and potatoes.  It was flavorful and well balanced.  Our server forgot to refill my water, but other than that, everything was great.

Our small groups arrived with a reservation but reservation wasn't needed on a Monday night. The host was super nice and we were seated promptly. We had several appetizers, cheese platter, and Calamari. They were all great. My lamb chops entrée was well prepared and was succulent.  We all left full and satisfied. Will go back soon!!!

Location, location, location! For this alone, I recommend one and all go to go the frying pan! Your on a boat that's a freaking bar! It doesn't get better than that! The views are fantastic, and you can't ask for more on a nice warm day, sitting on the hudson, getting drunk, and even watching the helicopters going in and out from the 34th Street Heliport. It is quite a walk to get there from the trains, but once you get there you forget about all that. I'm not one to usually comment on people around me, simply because I don't really care as long as I'm having a good time, but it is a little Wall-Streetesque. I happened to go on the Friday right before Labor Day weekend, so it was a mixed crowd as we were all trying to start the weekend the right way...DRUNK! Towards the end of the night there was a DJ, the music wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. There wasn't much dancing, and by 11pm the place sort of died down. I would recomment this for happy hour and just a good time with friends. Everyone you bring will think you find a hidden gem in the city. One more time...BAR ON A BOAT! Fantastic! 4 stars because I ordered the Sangria, $37 for a pitcher?! Whoa there! But if you're a beer drinker, the prices are just fine. I'm more of a wine, mixed drink, shots kind of gal, so my wallet was hurting! Also 4 stars, because getting a table is near impossible! We all split up and starting attacking any table with movement until we finally got a table. Other than that, good times!
