by Jeff M. on As soon as I walk out of there with a couple of friends, Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) walks in yesternight, and I missed him! I mean, a celebrity is just a rich human being, I know that, but Jack Bauer has saved the world roughly one day every 18 months or so for the last (taking into account all of the seasons) 10 years. And for that I wish to shake his hand. Another one of my friends who had stayed got a picture with him though, so I can experience vicariously through him. But anyway... the place is chill. I like it. As far as dive bars go, I prefer it to other places I've been to. The music that you hear while you frequent this bar is absolutely awesome. It's really not much, yet it oozes awesomeness. Or that could be something I accidentally put my hand in, I dunno it was really dark in there.
by Jonna Dacamara on I've been to Avalon for Spundae and Spider events. I hate it! hehe I've only gone due to a few good DJ's, my fave local DJ, and of course my buddies. It's always TOO crowded, people pushing, almost falling down the steps, its a sauna when it's Spider.... o lord. It's more stressful than fun. One time we all went and the girls went to the restroom. There was a girl in there with her foot bleeding because a girl with sharp heels stepped on her. People step on you all night! It was bound to happen. The space is cool, but just overwhelming and now traumatizing.
