by Chara Furnia on Ended up here for a drink while trying to figure out why 'the cellar' has a dress code. This place surprised me, I didn't expect it to be as hip and funky as it was. I like! I was a bit thrown off by the computers when you walk in and the random people on their laptops at 9pm on a Friday night, again, its SF... Moving on... the fire place was really cool, the window that opens up to the street is a nice added touch as well. The couches and chairs were also really comfy. The bartender that poured by goose & tonic caught my eye, but his pour is on the weak side which left me disappointed on so many levels.... *sigh*
by Ti B. on This is a review of New Years eve. Hmmm...no hip hop...just chillin by the pool, no open bar for the 80 buck tickets, got a room and stacked with booze, main room where the dancing was was house music...ugh...., and that's it. Not fun! So sad my first NYE wasn't AWESOME.
