Guess I was too busy dancing, loving the music, and having an all around great time to realize that my friends and I were all: "White and Asian yuppies (or wannabe yuppies) who knew little or nothing about hip-hop. Most could not dance on beat, probably never even heard of "A Tribe Called Quest", and were just taking up space from the few that came to hear Ali." Wow. Seriously? Mr. One Black Man's POV- you need to check your assumptions about who "knows" something about hip hop at the door. Especially when those assumptions are based on skin color. Please. All in all another great night at Mighty. Keep bringing in great hip hop, and I'll keep bringing my yuppie self and having a great time.
