This has been the most enjoyable club I've visited in LA, though that list is rather short. General description: outdoor relaxing lounge area with a fountain and bar where it is easy to talk to friends and chill at a table; free tacos and desserts such as chocolate strawberries are provided all night long; indoor lounge area; dance floor with tables surrounding it; dance floor is pretty good plenty of space even at the most busy part of the night but still enough people around to find a group to join; they had a fun 15-minute hip-hop dance competition/display on the stage which was entertaining and didn't last too long Best parts: free food, not overcrowded dance floor or lounge areas (good attendance control) Worst parts: crowded bathrooms, $20 cover guys and girls (worth the cost, but still), dance floor could be bigger to allow more people to come Summary: great place to chill with friends or to burn the dance floor, I'd go again but I'm too cheap to pay the cover.

I'm pleased to say (as a SOMA resident) that this is the only club/ lounge in the city I've been to where homeless people dance, drink and club with the regulars. Sometimes they dance with girls and sometimes people will buy them drinks. At first I was shocked, but now I see it as a genuine indication of tolerance. GO SOMA!!! But in all seriousnes, this place is pretty awesome cause they have FuckWerk Friday happy hours and the one time I came here on a Wednesday, I felt completely displaced cause the place was jamming like it was Saturday. The fact that it's a neighborhood joint makes it all the more awesome.
