Boyles makes me feel like I'm in college again 'cept this time, I'm not the little asian whino girl being carried out by her friends. :) There's lots of space, the crowd is easy going and unpretentious, and the beer prices are reasonable. Shuffleboard, pool, and darts - beer beer beer - belting out 80s and 90s goodies (Arrested Development?! Journey?! nice!)... seriously, it's greek row all over again. But without the db's. I agree.. it is the good ol' neighborhood bar.
by Thad Hanhan on Just gotta give it four stars for making a 'liquid cocaine'. You don't know how frustrating it is to find out that a bar doesn't know how to make one of these. Anyway, they were playing great music on friday night too. A-ha "Take On Me" followed by rap music. Never seen it done, but sounded good. Other than that, nothing really special and is located in a rather questionable neighborhood. But hey, that doesn't keep b&t types anyway (I don't know what will). There is an area you can chill that's away from the dance floor and there are seating areas near the bar.
