I have been to greenhouse at least 6 times in my life last night for there monday night party the music was good i was having a great time until at about 2 am i had to go outside to get a friend. The guy at the door was the worst person ive ever encountered in the whole nyc night scene. I am born and raised in ny and ive never met such a horrible doorman, yes hes a doorman so why does he think he can treat people so horribly? anyway there was no line 4 minutes later when i was trying to go back in just to get my friend to leave because my phone was dead and he would not let me in even though i was in there 4 minutes before for about 2 hours. He let in about 10 people right in front of me and then made me stand outside even after i tried explaining to him what my situation was. I must say i will never go back to that place again just because of him no matter how the club itself is he should just be fired he ruined the whole vibe of the place.
by Sau Polee on Oh snap, it's Midnight Rodeo. This is the kind of place you go to when you're feeling ironic. Or, I guess, if you really like country music... I went a few times for really cheap drinks. My husband says some of his coworkers like going there because they let in girls under 21, who they are more likely to convince they're decent guys, but said underage girls are "marked" with a wristband. Sexist coworkers aside, my favorite time going here was when I took my college roommate who had come to visit me from Boston. She flipped out when she saw "real cowboys," mini pitchers of beer, and ESPECIALLY when the live country band played a cover of Nelly's "Hot in Hurr." Priceless (y'all.)
