by Fred B. on This place is stank, dark, and dank. Any outfits that you would hang up in your closet are too good for this place. However, the music was good, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the drinks cheap! Where else can you get $2 beers????
by Lashon Gosselin on First time I ever wandered in, I was planning to meet up with design folks from the AIGA for a little networking - for work, I say... but this lovely couple of boys saw me sitting there all alone awaiting my friend's arrival, and before I knew it, I was sitting at the other end of the bar with them, being handed additional enormous, tasty martinis, and, well, I never met up with the AIGA folks for any work-related whatnot, no, not at all. And I wasn't sorry (well, not until the next morning, anyway)... Since then, I've found myself up at the piano bar, belting out show tunes to the amazingly gifted piano playing of Joe Collins (aka Trauma Flintstone), and generally making a fool of myself and loving every minute of it. And will do so again and again.
