by James K. on I've been to Iguana several times, and most often it's to drink all the different flavors of mojitos that's available (my favorite is blueberry). I have ordered food here as well. The guacamole is freshly made and tasty, but everything else was not very memorable. The club downstairs is kind of raunchy. So in conclusion, mojitos - yum, everything else - enh.
by Geraldo Coderre on What will you find here? A piano and a bar. This combination could only get better if they let the drunk folks play a song or two on the piano themselves. They've got fresh flowers, a wacky juke box [that often plays the wrong song] and regulars from the neighboring Cahuenga strip bars. You may recognize your bartender from Boardners, the doorman from Spotlight and regulars from Burgundy Room and Tinys. The crowd is slightly older, however it still has an eclectic mix. This bar is perfect if you are looking for a low key spot in Hollywood. Did I say LOW KEY in Hollywood? That alone is worth 4 stars, because it ain't easily found!
