It is a pretty big and nice club with an upper level and a lower level dance floor. Plenty of bars and places to get drinks but like every club it is hard to get by. They do have a very cautious EMT crew there so be prepared to protect your friend's drunkness so you don't go through a 15 minute time out in the corner. I am not sure if this is good or bad as even if you are fine, they make you wait. I even had my drinks thrown away while taking my friend to the EMT room. Pretty whack. Oh yeah, the crowd seems predominantly Asian. Yellow fever!!

BEST DAMN GAY BAR EVER? Quite possibly. I can't believe I don't go here more often. Someday I'll tell you a story, bois and gurlz, about the significance of the piano bar to queer history. Why are there so few left now? A dark, dark room. Waiters in vests. A $5 classic martini. Show tunes on the piano. My friend John (aka Summer Clearance) featured on special occasions. I just don't think it gets any better than this. There's nothing hip about it, my friends. And it's totally accessible to just about anyone. A special thanks to "Ira" (probably not his name, but he looks like a nice Jewish boy to me) the accompanist who helped out my friend when she forgot the words to her song this weekend. But my favorite memory involves a middle-age Japanese man belting out the best rendition of "Oh Danny Boy" I've ever heard, tears welling in his eyes. Minus one star for the bathroom situation on weekends.
