So I had the fortunate opportunity of going to Roe not one...but two nights in a ROW (pun intended). On both occasions I was celebrating the birthday of a friend and had table service. The venue is actually very nice and pretty decent sized. There is an upstairs and downstairs area with different DJs on both levels and bars. Both nights I was upstairs. I preferred the DJ on Friday night and one of the bartenders who helped me both nights (I'm pretty sure his name starts with an A) was awesome... Mixed crowd both nights, more of a heels and dress sort of atmosphere for the ladies (which is not my fortay). The people at the door are serious about "the list" (annoying) but the line wait time seemed decent. Separate line for people with table service. I probably will not be back here for awhile considering I spent two long nights here but I might give it a try again one day.

update: minus 1 star for everyone else. it's possible if you catch me in the right (wrong?) mood, i may kick some asses while here. never again will i spend a weekend night here. ------ 4 stars goes completely to the white guy getting down doing the no-handed wop (if you don't know, google old school dance moves). the place itself is decent. went early on friday night (8ish?). we had appetizers. not great, chicken skewers were good, chips were good, guac and shrimp shumai - not so good. mixed drinks were good. 3 madras later i was happy. note: didn't know that a orange/cranberry/vodka was called a madras. my pal was told rather snarkily by the waitress that that's what it was. i'm going to keep calling it an orange/cranberry/vodka. 'cos i do what i wants to. i'm street like that.
