by Tracy Dreiling on There's nothing I can say that others haven't said. This is the most beautiful and best venue in the city. They have food for those that are hungry. They have a great record of keeping bands on time. The sound is almost always awesome. The balcony provides seating for those that are old/tired. I could go on and on.
by duane m. on Met up with some friends at O'Terrills on a Friday night, and there was definitely a welcoming vibe from the place. I am not 100%, but I am pretty sure one of the owners came over and gave us beads. That was pretty cool. The place it self is located on busy Piedmont Rd, and the parking is extremely scarce. It was scary parking my car on Piedmont, but a few beers inside made me forget about it. They also had live music, which was, well, interesting, but for such a small place, it was honestly just too loud. We ended up leaving shortly after the music started because it was impeding our ability to talk to one another. As for the food, most of my friends seemed pretty pleased, but I was told the buffalo chicken wrap "didn't taste right". The prices were pretty decent for food, but were actually a little high for booze. If you are looking for an Irish place to hang out, then you may want to check it out; but get there early so you can park on the lot, and not have to worry about your car sitting on Piedmont.
