ok so my first review will be my new crack. Circle is nice if your into the K-town scene. With a 20 dollar cover and mandatory coat check it's not cheep but most of the people are are good looking (once again, you have to be into asians), drinks are inline with other clubs price wise. Bouncers are also like any other club so don't expect anything good from them. Still regardless of all of these things i still like circle when i'm in the mood for trying to feel korean.

What a load of fake hype. I signed up for their free guest list, waiting in line for over and hour, and then got smacked with a surprise $15 cover. On May Day of all days. Shame on you, Ruby Skye! The dudes are not attractive, no one had heard of the DJ, and honestly, turning away hot girls who just want to dance is never a good idea. Good riddance to this club.

The once infamous Juvenile of the Cash Money Millionaires once said, "Girl you look good, why don't you back that thang up!" Well then...certainly plenty of people back their asses up in Boulevard 3, especially when CJ J. invited the plethora of rateclubsers to enjoy her birthday celebration. The Roster from my own recollection is as follows: Gene, Jonas, CJ, Alvin, Wes, Ben, Lily, Christine, Roubi, Phoenix, Will, Sandra, Myself and many others. On top of that many celebrities also made a debut at the festivities that night: Ron Jeremy, Mini-me and some celebrity look-a-alikes (Uncle Jesse' from Full House anyone)? The night was also in honor of the supposedly notorious Pre-party for The Playboy Bunny Mansion party the following night. Despite the glitz and glam, there was something very unorthodox about this night...and it was the free food, yeah you heard me...FREE FRICKEN FOOD AT A NIGHTCLUB IN HOLLYWOOD! The last time I was offered food at a nightclub/lounge was in v2O in Long Beach, so I wasn't used to it. But they provided some tasty plates to satisfy the drunkards, MMA fighters, Celebs, and Playboy bunnies with these offerings: -Potato Salad -BBQ Chicken -Dinner Rolls The Potatoe Salad was decent, but the BBQ Chicken was moist and hit the spot, with the Dinner Rolls as a nice finish to all use as a buffer while soaking up the many alcoholic drinks for the rest of the night. After grubbing outside in the small plaza, that's adjacent to the entrance of the club, there were many mini bars outside on top of the rest of the bar offerings inside. I believe there were about 5 different bars working that night ( 3 mini bars and two of the main bars both within the dance floor, and library room respectively). The place is spacious, the outside plaza is the biggest I've seen thus far in terms of Hollywood clubs to cater to smokers, and people who need fresh air after dancing a while on the floor. Inside, there are numerous chairs and tables to place your drinks and to sit and converse with any guy or girl within the premises. One of the things that killed it for me that night, was the set up of the ring, for the Playboy Bunnies to rumble it out in all or nothing softcore wrestling match (note softcore....meaning non-nude and cleavage all around). This made it difficult for people like myself to enjoy the dance floor later on that evening because of the waste of space the ring provided after the televised event. On top of that the DJs...didn't really mesh a lot of the top 40 and rock songs, towards the end of the night (perhaps a new DJ was just learning how to rock the crowd). It sort of killed my mood to continue dancing. As I went to and fro from the bars, I was approached by drunken pretentious girls, to take random photos on their camera out of the blue, without even names or mementos of the happenings the night after -_-. The drinks that sustained me and the people I bought for the night is as follows: - 1 Washington Apple (CJ's favorite) - 1 Long Island Ice Tea - 2 Beautiful Shots - 1 Jack and Coke - 2 AMF's - 3 Stellas I think in total, not including the receipt I have, came out to about $74.00 bucks with tax and tip included. All the drinks were stiff and well made, so I made sure to tip the bartender well. Surprisingly the price wasn't an extortion for a Hollywood club, but it is a fine amount of cash. Overall, the place was nice for what its worth. Would I come back? Maybe if I have a reason to...and that I'm not the one driving since I hate driving to Hollywood. Otherwise it was a great time nevertheless, to enjoy with all the rateclubsers in good company, thanks CJ!
