by Exa v. on If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. Ok, I knew before I went here that I would not like it. Clubs are never my scene. I was dragged here for a bachelorette party, simply because I adore the bride-to-be. The music is horrible. Period. Obviously. Some of my company decided to order food. The smell of the below-grade cheesy fries and spinach and artichoke dip made me feel incredibly ill. The drinks were very bad. At first the place was empty with the exception of a few bachelorette parties drunkenly swaying on the dancefloor, which was still filthy. By midnight the place was packed. Scantily-clad twenty-something (and forty-something??!!) ladies danced while more and more creepy looking men of assorted ages circled the dancefloor like jungle cats waiting to pounce. Pounce they did, indiscriminately. I left ASAP, after making sure the bride-to-be was plenty drunk and had managed to have a grand time despite the venue. Further proof why 1) I will never get married; 2) I will never have a bachelorette party; 3) I just don't understand people.
