by Clement Spittler on Some of my fellow rateclubsers raved about BBP, so I couldn't wait to go.!!We went Friday for lunch.Quite easy to get to . Parking for the place was easy , too. Maybe since it was Memorial Day weekend I found parking right outside-kiosk meter -of course. When we walked in, course a line , but it moved quite fast, 6-8 people in front of us, I ordered the Burger of the month, with Pimiento cheese & bacon, and spiked milkshake coconut , with rum.OMG!! Quite Delish!! The liquor ratio was just enough, loved it. The burgers were juicy, could tell they were fresh, not too big, not too small-Just right! My friends ordered the nappa burger & Dallas, both were extremely satisfied with their burgers. Must say , Bobby Flay did well .Wish I was able to meet him opening day, Oh well, some day!! Definite return.
by blara b. on The food was extremely mediocre. I went there on a Friday afternoon and was excited to get some authentic cuisine. While they seemed to offer some basic dishes, the menu was quite limited. I got the proscuitto sandwich, thinking it'd be some yummy italian sandwich with greens and other flavors. Nope. I got some slices of proscuitto on a roll of bread with 3 leaves of lettuce on the side and a whole hot pepper (not even on the sandwich. I could've made it myself. Not worth the money!! The waitstaff was also mediocre at best, walking away before I was finished asking questions and being very terse. He never asked once how we were enjoying everything. Definitely not recommended. I expected better!
by Tanner Thau on i went here on a monday night for my birthday and the place with packed. on a monday night. who are these people? do they have jobs? amazing. this is a really beautiful and so-over-done space (topped off with a giant buddha in the back of the space). as one of my friends accurately described: the space makes you feel like a giant orgy is waiting to break out at any second. unfortunately, it must have happened after we left. i just had a beer so can't comment on drinks / food.
