by Daisy S. on Definitely not like what I have expected from a jazz bar. It was a big band jazz playing and the crowd was older. So, I didn't have that much fun. Food? didn't try it, but sounds interesting from the menu.
by Monica P. on Definitely one of the better clubs that I have been to in San Francisco. The bouncers were very nice and welcoming, and I was able to get in immediately even with a long line outside, which was surprising seeing as though that was my first time going there. The first floor had a pretty good dance floor, but I wasn't really interested in the music, so I spent most of my time downstairs where they mostly played hip hop all night. They also have what sort of seems like a backyard in the back where smokers can go. Overall a really good experience. One downside would be that it was in a very bad neighborhood and you may have to be careful when parking your car or even walking to the club. One thing is for sure, you will undoubtedly be greeted by bums and maybe crackheads on the streets outside of the club, but they didn't seem to want to cause any trouble. But who knows. Just be careful around there.

Think Double Seven (yes they're closed) but sexier and further downtown... Uuber private, super sultry, upscale loungy bar with a guest list. That's right don't expect to get in if you're not on it -- so if you're interested in spending time here plan accordingly. Date Rating: 8 Pick up Scale: 6 (Depends on the night but this place seems to be a great place to bring your party... not go looking for one) Strong suggestions: Be on the list or don't bother.
