Result: I'm going to dance my ass off in your "upstairs lounge"..because lets face it, like other of your customers we love latino music and dancing. However, you will ONLY get 10 measly dollars from me. I WILL EAT AND DRINK ELSEWHERE IN HOPES THAT A COMPETITOR TAKES YOUR IDEA AND RUNS YOU OUT OF BUSINESS! Learn to treat your customers right...eventually all this bad customer service will catch up to you. f.u. and see you soon with my 10 bucks and a bottle of water in my bag.. :)
by Gerard Moers on Different rooms offering different types of music = a lil something for everyone! Overpriced drinks but what can you expect on South Beach? And to be fair, the drinks were fairly strong.. I'd definitely come back on my next trip to South Beach.. Mansion is the perfect place to dance the night away!
by Armand Kirschke on I will never step into this restaurant ever again, it was so bad that I was compelled to sign up for rateclubs, just to write this review. The waiter, was judging us because we ordered tap water The waiter took the menu from my girl friend because she was "dirtying" the paper menu with her free ice water They sold our table before we were done with dinner and the plain clothed promoter accompanied by the group who purchased the table notified us of this right after we received the check. He insisted that we leave the table, even after we explained we would be perfectly willing to vacate the table once they take our credit card payment. When we complained to the manager, this was our second encounter with the manager, he explained that the policy was "correct" and simply apologized that it was not explained better. He did not offer us any discount and I pathetically negotiated for him to take off the service fee. Before we left the restaurant he pulled the guys in the group aside and agreed that he wouldn't want to pay either due to the bad service, however he complained to them that the service fee came out of his pocket. I can only shake my head. We did not deserve this. We left all very offended and hungry. Ambiance- kinda cool, like the haunted mansion at disneyland without the cobwebs and the ghosts. Food- so-so, nothing special, very small portions Price-very pricey as expected Service-Horrible!!!!! I've never been treated so poorly in my life.
