Inside the walls are filled with art work that changes occasionally. Everything is really urban and modern. There are two main rooms (and two bars) and they usually have different songs playing. The music themes are different for various events, so if you're picky, you should definitely check out their website in advance. There are live musicians so look up 111 Minna's calendar for details. A bonus is they actually have a coat check, so take advantage of that! Another good thing about 111Minna is XYZ (at the W Hotel) is right around the corner so you can literally walk there (If that's a place that appeals to you).

After much thought, we decided to go to Top Flr - all thanks to reading reviews on rateclubs. The environment was ambient, relaxing & romantic. The food was absolutely divine. Sure, the portions were smaller than I thought but every tiny ounce of every dish was deeeelicious. I enjoyed my duck dish to the fullest and also enjoyed taking a [huge] bite out of my party's dishes: the salad with honey lavender dressing, duck confit pizza, pork tenderloin, pan roasted chicken, hangar steak, mac & cheese. We devoured pretty much half of everything in the menu and our tongues & tummies were happy, for sure. Instead of having a gazillion dishes that are just thrown together carelessly, Top Flr focuses on doing their minuscule amount of dishes very well and executes them to the T. Why not 5 stars and 4? I wish the service could have been a teeny tiny bit better. Next time, I want to sit on the 2nd floor, er I mean the "top flr," because it seemed they were getting better service than us folks who were on the first story. I will definitely be back at Top Flr to happily indulge in the other half of the foods in the menu.

I had a peachtini - yum - tasted like a peach jolly rancher My group shared some appetizers - the fried green tomatoes, grilled shrimp, and pulled pork. All were yummy. Then I had the fried chicken with greens and mac n cheese instead of potatoes and green beans. Soooooooooooo good. I shared the chocolate pecan pie. It was good - though the key lime sorbet was better. The crust was just a little gummy on the tart. All in all delish - perfect - I'd go here again and recommend it to people visiting ATL
