Coda has stolen my Jazzy heart with their Wed. night ambiance! The music was just a great live rendition of what you'd expect from contemporary Jazz. The tables all face a small elevated stage that is wide enough for a full band, and the sounding is greatly proportionate to the size of the space. We had the best table in the house (front and center) yet I could still make comments to my company. Absolutely make sure you order a chafe of wine on tap, because you can, and the pork loin's pepper-y sauce was to die for. I found myself dipping my fries in it. Actually don't order the fries if you need ketchup b/c their "house-made" ketchup tastes like watered-down cheap generic tomato sauce. Ew. The asparagus with over easy eggs over them were yummy! Overall, the service was great and the food delish, and the wine kept flowing. Wed. night the place was packed as they have a 3 course dinner special that looked great but we opted to choose our own plates. I had a great time and expect me back! LOVED!

Very loud, bad acoustics. At a recent visit, the staff let an unsupervised child play with the light switches for a good minute and a half. Watch your bill, errors are not infrequent. Overpriced average bar food.

Friday nights totally suck here. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, they finally let us in (but not before sucking $10 from each of us), we walked in to find a nearly empty club. Thanks for making us wait in the cold, pretentious doorman jerk! The music was horrible. We could just not dance to the slow-assness of the music. We really tried but it was like moving through honey. I saw preggers woman. I was a little bit worried she was trying to recapture her youth a la Knocked Up style. We left after 20 minutes and walked up to Starshoes where we had way more fun.
