Nice, large outdoor space in the back, that you would never know is there looking by the width of the storefront Not too overstuffed with hipsters and there actually was some talent. On the downside,it has outdoor space, so that attracts smokers, everywhere and not the good stuff We left when the sea lions on pcp started singing - aka karaoke, not that I'm any better Overall a good place if you live near Ceasar Chavez / Outer Mission or if your an anti-gay Republican Teabag partier who like's to play footsie under stalls in the men's bathroom
by Lonniece B. on This has to be the smallest dine in restaurant in the world, wow. Over-rated? Yes. My meal was okay, I ordered catfish that had been fried in chicken grease. Our waiter was excellent, she got a huge tip from me. My cousin was unable to get the dish she wanted because they didn't have the components to make it, so the waiter make her a dish and put in on the house. She said she wants her customers to be happy when the leave. That good gesture was the high point of our experience but I would not go there to eat again, unless it gets bigger.
by Etha Desper on Lets see I have been to this place on a wide range of elevations: from sober to completely shit faced!!! Every time...is a good time! I remember the first time I went here: It was my friends 21st b-day and it was such a blast I lost all of my friends and made a bunch of new ones. No snoots or weirdos. I haven't been doing the Hollywood scene as much as I did in the past and my relationships w/ who knows who's has become a bit rusty. So my friends and I decided to show up early so we didn't have to deal with the BS...there was still a little BS but my friend charmed the bouncer in with a funny joke. Giving him something to laugh about was our token in. The music was fun...mix of hip-hop, R&B, 80's and top 40...you know, the fun stuff to dance to. I met some great people, danced a bit, and took some great pictures. Unfortunately, the night ended early because one of the members of my group had consumed too much alcohol. Good times! May have to do it again tomorrow...we'll see.
