This place was originally the Vogue movie theatre which had been abandoned for many years. Stopped in for a while to meet a friend. What a scene ! Did not try food so can't comment. Space was beautiful. Lots of hipsters laying around on white beds eating and drinking. Glitter bunny (see photo) walking around with shots, a crazy character on a bicycle, the operatic diva who wowed the place with her singing and various other personalities roaming the place. The waitstaff is dressed in pseudo astronaut outfits. I think it turns into a danceclub once the dinner/performances are over. A dj booth is positioned in front of the kichen below the movie screen (where the original screen used to be) Not bad for a Wednesday night.

When I was little, I was always jealous of those families who were so comitted to fun that they parked their cars out of the garage in order to turn it into a "fun room." Now that I am grown, I am not as willing to sacrifice my garage/basement, so I come here. The crowd is great, they have fun events and they serve comfort food. I always crave comfort food when I consume alcohol, so it's nice that I don't have to drunkenly stumble very far to get my grease fix. Just make sure to drink lots of water on the way home to prevent sodium-overload.

I gave it 4 stars because it was fun after the 4th. But by the time I got here, I was tore up off my ass and wanted a soft cushiony pillow by then. Believe me it was real. Really real as far as the night was concerned. I was done and done. I like it though it's cute I like that it has a lot of sofas and you can never have enough sofas! I like the small back room, although I think they should rethink the decor back there. It's seems a little too empty to me. Maybe a mini bar in the corner may work it out! So all in all it has a lot of promise. I am never one to gravitate to a neon sign but I'll be stopping by this joint from time to time.
