This place is good - great people; visible and engaging staff; nice waiters; cool bartenders; and, amazing music. Yea, amazing food too. However, the downfalls are the: 1) infratstructure - the big fire place thing in the middle of the floor which blocks the front/band/entertainment view; 2) low grade alcohol masked as top shelf cocktails - priced that way too. I mean, if you have to use a certain low shelf brand, remove the labels, disguised the containers; 3) WIC juices, I mean, it seems as if the staff shops by the local grocer - which is cool; very...! Just put the stuff in commercial utensils/serving ware; and, 4) service is slow... But, I like this place; you have to have to visit - it's the best live music spot in the Southeast, Atlanta particularly...

Since everyone drives in Atlanta, you have to compare restaurants to similar restaurants in other parts of town. If good sushi and Thai around town is, say, 4 stars, I have to admit this is two. It's disappointing, especially because East Atlanta needs more places that have good food, but this is yet another mediocre restaurant in the neighborhood. The pad thai is gooey and brown. The sushi and rolls are oddly uninspired and bland. It's shocking how flavorless the food is. Haven't the owners been to other restaurants to compare? And the ambiance is like a VFW hall painted red. There's a huge TV above the bar that blares sports. Unlike every other Asian place in town, they don't serve a glass with your beer, which is always such a nice touch. The service is perfunctory and seems like they know they're serving subpar food. It could be so good, but alas. The bright side is that this place is crowded, people want a good E. Atlanta spot, so maybe the management will actually start to care about the food people pay for. Until then, it's out of East Atlanta for good sushi and Thai.

Sunday entertainment for $10 cover charge...this place is worth it. Nice atmosphere inside with simple cabaret tables with tea lights that set the mood. Entertainment was amazing and walked out of there singing a couple of tunes. Will surely be back for more !!!!
