by Rupert Jorinscay on This review only pertains to the market downstairs. Upon entering the Parish Market through the downstairs back door, I noticed the decor is amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was really looking forward to my sandwich, as $8-$10 for me these days is a stretch for such things on a tight budget. As a vegetarian, they didn't have many options for me, and for the one veggie sandwich they did have, the customer could not substitute any of the ingredients, even the olives. Such a disappointment. I settled on the Portobello Sandwich, which arrived in record time. It started out great and hot the first three bites, but turned cold and oily thereafter. My friend chose a different sandwich, which also provided to be oily and dissatisfying. The atmosphere was terrific and the outdoor patio very inviting, but I could have bought a more satisfying sandwich at Publix.
by Ramon Stanifer on I went to Kress last night to celebrate an office holiday party. We got a table on the rooftop for 12+ ppl. This place definitely does NOT look like the photos on the website. It looks super ghetto. We selected the Prestige Package which included comp for 12 ppl and three bottles of choice. So we got 2 grey goose and 1 patron. We also order 9 bottles of water.. with tip and tax the total was around 1200. We checked out the other floors.. once again.. it was ghetto. There was only one elevator to go from floor to floor. We used the stairs instead: Basement the main dance floor with table service too.. the air was filled with Weed. The third floor was empty with a DJ playing. Then it was the rooftop and thats where we were. The white girls with blond hair that do go to this club . are stuck-up and when they're passing through the crowd they're rude. Other clubs are so much better.
