by David Y. on Pretty cool club, except it was quite crowded in the back where the dance floor is at. The drinks are ok and expensive. I spent about a good hour dancing and lounging with my friends and had a good time listening to the great music. The DJ definitely had a sweet gig going.
by Mercedes Schwerdtfeger on When the weekend rolls around, I find myself craving something that I wouldn't normally allow myself to eat during the week. Something...indulgent. Fried. Fatty. But awesome. And that is just what I found at the Majestic Diner. A few friends and I were famished after a movie in Midtown, so we went cruising for some eats. Every place we happened upon seemed super busy, and we were just not willing to wait! Luckily, my friend remembered that we have been wanting to check out the Majestic. No line, plenty of seats, and pretty fast service! We all got some form of burger: me with the cheddar burger. The burger was big, juicy, cooked just right! The fries were good too, and nice and hot. Everyone seemed quite satisfied! Also a good people watching place: lots of hipsters and not so hipsters. If we wouldn't have already seen a movie, we probably would have checked out "Trash Humpers" at the Plaza!
