by Edra Hazard on i would give negative stars if i could. so we went out for my cousins birthday. in total there were 14 of us. we waited in line for about 30 mins then we got bottle service...600 dollars for two damn bottles. pros ...uhm...they have a good sound system..? cons EVERYTHING! the alcohol was watered down even though we had bottle service. ok i understand watered down alcohol for regular drinks but we paid 300 a bottle and it was watered down? seriously? the person who was waiting our table was a BITCH! the fat hispanic girl. she was rude as hell and as we're standing around she would push people out of her way. wtf? the bus boys kept taking drinks away that were still full. took our bottle that was a third full then took our pitchers of soda and juices away. so bc we dont have alcohol any more (because you took it) we cant drink our other drinks? perverted ass guys at this club! be prepared ladies for old mexican guys to stick their hands out to rub ur butt as you walk by then pretend that they didnt. drunk ass girls here that cant even dance last but not least bc we were so mad and bored my other cousin was leaning her head against my shoulder and security came and told her she had to follow them out and leave bc she was blacked out and sleeping? when she got right up when they tapped her?! i'm pretty sure when ppl are blacked out they dont get up as soon as you tap their shoulder. then when she tried to explain they said " i don't care thats not my problem. you're wasting my time so LEAVE." also theres NO smoking section. you have to walk out the club and all the way down the block to the light post. this club is such bullshit. bullshit drinks. bullshit bouncers. bullshit servers. NEVER would i come back here again. and i dont suggest anyone else to.
by Thomas S. on OMG I just found this little place no one has ever heard of called Delux. Yea, Delux, without the e at the end. Tre creative. Ok, so it's my first visit and here goes. Service was great. Thank you Lacy. Room was comfy, we sat at the large community table, had great people watching. Fries were yummy tho a VERY small portion in exchange for one Abraham. The Delux Burger had no flavor of Maytag Blue cheese (or Kenmore for that matter...god that's not even remotely funny) or bacon. Cupcake at the end was dee lish. My favorite part was a picture of Pink's hot dog stand on La Brea in L.A. that adorned the wall. Although my freshman Delux experience was aight....I couldn't help but stare at the framed photo of my second favorite weenie stand in the good ole u s of a! Three stars. That's all.
