by Jeromy Mu on Reasonably nice bar with a few weird aspects to it. It clearly is a nice coffee shop during the day, but at night the internet terminals in the corner seem a bit out of place. The decor is nice and the 80s music videos on the wall are a nice touch. You can feel the bass from The Cellar downstairs which appears to won this place. Drinks prices and selections are alright, and the fireplace is a nice touch although the glass is very very hot.
by David M. on Easily one of the most beautiful bars you'll ever visit. The interior is the deck of an old pirate ship! I'd swear that Pirates of the Caribbean, must've started out after a few too many rum & coke's at Dante's. This place seems like it should be in New Orleans, but for lucky Atlantans its in Buckhead. With a fully stocked bar and great Jazz six nights a week, what's not to love? Try the Tasmanian Beef & the Chinese Dumplings, then have the chocolate fudge cake.
by Toastface Grillah X. on Sometimes, like Adam Goldberg in "Dazed and Confused," you just wanna dance. If you're in the mood and want to find a hip-hop party, bOb shouldn't disappoint. I haven't been in a bit but last time I was there, it was the freaking weekend and I had me some fun (bounce, bounce, bounce). Small, tightly packed with people and after a few drinks, they're dancing like they're naked (oh, it's almost like we're sexing). (And actually, word on the street is that bathroom hook-ups aren't uncommon?) note: unfortunately, I don't remember the details on any covers/dress code. I'm also assuming and hoping bOb's been able to avoid the recent crackdown on cabaret license-less dancing.
