by Rob Goosen on This company's holiday party was here on last Friday. I has been here several times, non of the experience was happy hour or dinner. Although this time I still haven't gotta chance to eat here, but definitely HH drinks. As a big wine drinker, with these people I work with for months/ some mutual friends we knew for years, the night turned into an reunion, a bliss. It seems they are happy about I'm back, happy that I'm around again. Let's just stop here and focus on the review. The service was quick and great as usual. Music is good (not great tho, a little bit everything.) Decoration was very nice for the events. Everyone who talked to me loved it. Meanwhile, food was patently good too, although I haven't tasted, I've told about it all. Only one bummer thing that I want to only give one star less. Um-mm... after 9pm, or 9ish, they don't let anyone from our private party stay at VIP area. So I guess it's okay that the event didn't perfectly end this way. And all the friends were party till passed the midnight for sure, happily. Good time:) Oh, besides the go-go dancer part for the regular night life scene, here, the location part is also great, super easy to find us cab home, as always. We prepared to not drink and drive home but it was raining that night... ugh... because of the good location, it saved my lovely 6 inches gorgeous heels at the end. In shortly, yeah! Good place to go!
by Galen Heintz on We stopped into The Park for drinks after strolling along the High Line. We sat in the garden portion of the restaurant. The space is great! I loved the faux park ambiance with bird feeders hanging from the ceiling and the trees all around us --hence the name ;) The service was fast and very friendly. The specialty cocktails however were nothing special and lets say you pay for the ambiance alone. Given the plethora of bars in the area I would not be in a rush to come back here. 2 stars for the great ambiance & good service.
by john W. on I love this place. whoever the new management is - they are amazing! The bands are great, the djs rule and the drinks are awesome. there is definately a hipper crowd here than any other club in town. I got a table with bottle service and my waitress was so nice and attentive. i think all the people complaining about this place should go back through the bridge and tunnel that they came from.
