The GM was a d'bag and made it known he was the GM and that this was his place and he can make the decisions. the girl that handles the money is just plain rude. We were here for a charity event and had pre-purchased our tickets to support said charity and were told to come before 11:30pm for tickets to be honored. We arrived at 11pm and were rudely told we had to be there by 10:30pm and that since so many people came in, they were no longer accepting our tickets and if we wanted to come, we'd have to pay an additional $20 to get in. We tried to explain the situation, but they didn't care. They just wanted money.

Minus one star for the punk door guy who wouldn't stamp me on NYE and embarassed me for a good 2-3 minutes by accusing me of my ID being fake because of the bright blue background. D*ck.
