by Holly C. on I went on a Friday night. The crowd seemed more European. I think this is a good place to go to if you enjoy house music, as the 2nd floor/hip-hop floor was mainly 80's music. The venue itself is decent looking. I like the split stairs that overlooks the house floor. There isn't too much space to dance on either floor however, and there was decently packed by 11:45 PM. I've heard the door is on the tougher side, but my friends & I were on a guest list & got to skip the line.
by Natasha R. on Impressive! I absolutely adore this place, the 40's decor, the chandeliers, the piano, the dim lighting. Overall it exuded such a romantic vibe. *SIGH* Although I was there with my girlfriend (since there are no men in my life to take me out), I must suggest this as the IDEAL date spot. The martini's and cosmos are $5-8 and amazing! I am sure that the liquor and the ambiance will be your golden ticket with that special lady. ;-)
by Dee Motola on Well everything has been covered about this place in the dozen or so pages of reviews. This is one of the better clubs in SF. They have a pretty strict dress code so it helps with keeping the garbage out(bridge & tunnel, stunna shades & tall T's). Bottle service is also on of the better services also due to you actually get your own space and don't have to worry about loosing direction due to the how overcrowded it gets. and the waitresses are really attentive and get your orders to you quickly. A bad thing about VIP is some of the downstairs couches. They are filthy, i mean come on $300+ a bottle and you get a F*cked up looking couch with stains that look like last nights mistakes and what have you. I don't frequent big clubs anymore as i used to. But if the occasion does come up I would prefer to hit this up over any other ones here in the city.
