by Meggan Sayman on Came for a bachelor party. This place is in the middle of the industrial part of downtown. Which means, nowheresville. Not much in that area. Kinda creepy... It's the PERFECT place for Sam's. The place is relatively big. The stage is set right in the center. Chairs surrounding. The bar is behind the stage area. We had 2 tables this night, right next to the stage, about 20 of us. This place is very cool. The girls were pretty friendly. Above and beyond the typical "friendly" stripper attitudes. Even though I didn't get a dance, they were not very rude about me shooting them down. Oh btw, the lap dances are only $10!!! The table dances this saturday night was only $20! Not too shabby. We got the doomed groom up on stage with 3 girls and he got "entertained" for a mere $60. SIXTY BUCKS! Plus, of course, we had to make it rain for him. The ladies here were attractive. Mostly latinas but a couple asian and white girls. The crowd is typical dudes you would find in the middle of downtown LA on a saturday nite at a titty bar. Oh, they only flash the goods (boobs only) at the latter half of the second song. Very quick. But, as the night goes on, they get multiple girls on stage. I counted 4 on there at once. Park on across the street. Leave your phone in the car cause they pat you down. No phones at all. A nice place that I recommend for good times.
by Mr Patel T. on The atmosphere is energetic, as if a rumor were circulating that famous actors were about to swoop in for dinner. People with shiny hair and incredible heels predominate, followed by people in Prada suits, followed by a lot of women carrying fashion-label bags the size of sofa cushions. In the minority: the unbeautiful. The garlic bread was warm, fresh, and tasty. The marinara which accompanies the bread rivals Scott Contant's tomato sauce. The Chicken Marsala and Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection. The chicken Marsala was not served with much of the wine sauce so I recommend asking for extra sauce on the side. The mashed potatoes, broccoli, and mushrooms were ordered as sides. The mashed potatoes had great texture and flavor. The broccoli lacked salt and mushrooms were spot on. The service was good for an opening weekend. The assistant waiter came to our table six times to pick up our plates though we were eating. I was ready to give him an ass kicking. Overall great place to dine if you seeks to be in the presence of beautiful people, enjoy good food, and enjoy people watching.
by Marian Breznay on So one of my old roomies had her 25th birthday party here last Friday so off to LA I went. She had a couple of tables and bottle service so getting in was not a problem. From the outside you're just expecting another typical Hollywood club, but when you walk inside the interior is quite impressive. I loved the ambiance and the decor. Based on appearance alone, this would probably be on top of my list of clubs in Hollywood. However, there are a few reasons I can't give it 5 stars. I'm not quite sure if it was just the day I went (Friday) but I really wasn't feeling the crowd and the DJ was ok. The dance floor is quite small so when it gets crowded you're better off staying around your table. When I go out I just want to have a good time & dance. There was just something that wasn't quite right... or just missing. I think if they had a better DJ I probably would have had a better time. But I was there with my friends, so the company was great and overall I had a good time. Parking was $20 which I wasn't too happy about but I did like the fact that when it was time to leave there were people waiting in the parking lot with the carts for dirty dogs (hot dogs wrapped in bacon with grilled onions...). So before driving back home, my cousin & I sat in my car thoroughly enjoying our dirty dogs. The parking valet was rather amused with us. That was the perfect ending to a night in Hollywood!
