by Ken S. on One of my absolute favorite bars in the city! Always a great time. Fantastic service from some of the city's friendliest bartenders, even when the place is brimming with people. Great decor which is far more polished than an average Irish Pub. Perfect place for a drink after work or a night out with friends. Good crowds Thursday to Saturday night, but with plenty of room to move around. Best thing about the place in the spring and summer is that there's also free BBQ for everyone on Thursday nights. Be sure to check this place out.
by Erin H. on Stunning atmosphere and decor - velvet curtained walls, and strategically placed lighting make for a relaxing, warm environment. The rich colors, candles and service are sumptuous. The food was excellent as well. The drinks were top notch - particularly the signature Tangerine featuring tangerine puree and vanilla vodka - a zingy creamsicle! I enjoyed the family style service and the food presentations. The shrimp PilPil appetizer was tasy, but not memorable. Both the Grilled Fish (sea bass) Al Limon and the Chicken Tagine *were* memorable - very tasty, and sharp in flavors. I'm a fan of all things citrus and crisp - so this restaurant delivered on all accounts! The service was great - knowledgeable, and solicitous without being annoying. To speak to previous comments - unless you're an amazon I'm not sure why the low seating would be an issue - this is an ethnic inspired restaurant after all and if it was 100% authentic you would be sitting on the floor.
by Milda Scoggins on the best wallpaper ive seen in a bar yet. seriously. i love the wallpaper. i came here on a friday night and it was pretty dead at around 1:30 which is fine by me. the honey wine is good but sweet but i wouldnt drink more than one unless you like sugar induced headaches. the atmosphere was chill and the drinks were nice. i havent had the food so i cant speak for that.
