Incredibly disappointing. Found bone pieces in burger. Order taker was unfriendly and talked with her friends while we told her what we would like. Ketchup on tables was spoiled (it takes a long time of not rotating stock for ketchup to turn so vinegary). Manager quickly came to table when we asked busser if we could talk with her; her reply was professional in tone, but nothing else. She said thank you for letting her know, but did not apologize or try to make anything right. Dallas Burger (spice crusted, coleslaw, monterey jack, BBQ sauce, pickles) was bland, and for $7.50, it should have at least been tasty. Yo, Bobby, you need some quality control check. All these things are avoidable and unacceptable, even if the place is located in a college neighborhood with transitory and young customers. I won't go back, and am hesitant to try your other places.

The bathrooms were too dark because of the red lights, which I guess were supposed to go with the moody astrology theme or whatever, which I thought was pretty tacky and unsuccessful. Security was really confused and bad at communicating with each other, so they kept moving the line around the block at different times which was awkward.

I've been to this place like five times. Four of those five were a great time - I danced a little, hit on the bartender, and did some other fun stuff I don't really remember. Last time I went, however, there was a Jewish party there. As a young suave man of mixed descent who enjoys a mixed crowd I must say I was disappointed. I won't write it off though. Next time I'll just peak in before I pay the ten dollar cover.
