Been here twice now and each was a different experience. Average it out and it's a solid 3! The vibe is a mix b/w club and lounge.... so depending on what time and night you go-- it can go from laid back chill to get your mofo dance on. Diverse crowd and nice eye candy with your run-of-the-mill top 40's music. So if you feel like showing some moves-- the stage is yours! ;-) Size wise, the place isn't huge, but there's different areas which gives you options. One room seemed to be the "stand around with your drinks, listen to music, chill & chat" while another consisted of people getting their groove on and showing their freaky fun dance moves... and don't forget the private area upstairs. One aspect I liked? There's several areas where you can get your drinks, so if one bar area was crowded, just walk on over to the other side and you'll find no wait there. Fast & easy. Tequila shot, por favor! Interesting murals on the walls overlooking one section with a bar divided by a long table area with surrounded seating and tables/seats off to the side. There's also a patio which I failed to check out both times! Whoops. Oh and there is a $10 cover after 10pm. They'll make sure you leave with a BRUNOS stamp tattooed on your wrist that will take a good amount of hard scrubbing, vaseline and paint thinner to wash off. I guess all the more to remember your night with! :-)

This party is worth one visit and nothing more, as another reviewer stated. After forking over the $20 admission fee, I spent the next 45 minutes being jostled by drunk, puking and high hipsters as they struggled towards the "bar" (aka a minuscule assortment of liquor). My cool art school friends swore this was wild, free and fun, but it was far from the Bohemian rhapsody it promised to be. Also, the cops shut it down after just 2 hours.

Good food, great drinks (poured with a heavy hand), and friendly staff, what more can you ask for?! Besides, where else in Hollywood can you get a $5 Margarita?
