I enjoy coming here with Jim to see local bands. Also great for out of towners to get that Little 5 Points experience. Drinks are strong so tip your bartender and make sure to take Advil and drink water before you stumble into bed. :P Parking is okay if you can get into the lot. Bring small bills.

Went here with my pack of gays for the Lady Gaga afterparty because the dancing never stops. There was a cover of $5.00. They played Gaga remixes all night long. Lots of people from the concert there, lots of people dressed up, lots of men without any shirts. Danced my ass off. They stopped the action on the elevated platform to give us a little drag Gaga and Beyonce performance to Telephone. Perfect ending to a perfect night.

The first time I was here, I was not a fan at all. That was maybe about a couple years ago, and my mentality's changed quite a bit since then. I've become a fairly regular frequenter of this place, and what draws me back to this place over and over is pretty simple: the people are not too stuck up, and not too ghetto, and it has a fair mix or different archetypes here, so you won't be swimming in the whiteness of the Marina or the grunginess of the Mission bars. I like it that there's 3 different rooms, so if you're bored with one, you can always bounce around and check out the different music and the people in those rooms. The decor is pretty swank on the ground floor, but the basement could use a beefing up. My only beef is that sometimes they will hold the guest list line for a while, when the place inside is still empty. I fail to see how that logic came to be.
