They had me at $1 beers and 10% off food! Came here on a Sunday eve and when we walked in the host asked us if we wanted to sit at the bar, where we could get $1 beers, discounted mixed drinks and 10% off our food...sold! We sat at the bar and the bartender was really friendly and we got excellent service. We had the queso w/ guac and salsa - YUM! And - the migas and fajitas and tingas tacos. Both dishes were really good, the food wasn't overly drenched in sauces. They were also accomodating with giving us a mixed of meats for our dishes which was nice. On another visit I had the chicken special w/ mashed potatoes and mexican corn - the corn was delicious, I would def recommend trying the special, it has a kick to it, a little spicy but not too bad. Oh and the margaritas are really good/strong and on fridays they are $5 or 4.50, I forget. I have yet to try the mexican martini, saving that for my next visit!

I've heard a ton about this place but none of it prepared me for what it actually was - the perfect dance-hall venue! Loved this venue! I have only been once but I'm a fan. I can't wait to go back! Here's the list of awesome: - Ton's of parking in the neighborhood because it's the only place open that time of night. - HUGE dance floor! Plenty of room to shake your thing(s). - Great drinks! Ambitious bartenders! - Super fly looking crowd! Don't know if there was really a dress code because I always look fresh but the rest of the crowd did not disappoint! - Great sound! Don't come to chat, come to dance! The music is loud and irresistible! - Bathrooms are nice and big and kept clean! Lots of mirror space! Everyone was super nice and we met lots of new friends. The guys were generous and willing to dance without getting too handsy. We met the owner and he was really chill and bought us a few drinks too. The bar is cash only, but no biggie because they have an ATM that's ready to put out all night. I was on a GL but I did hear that they can charge up to a $20 cover so be prepared and plan ahead. Also, it's kinda dark in this club and there are a lot of random stairs, so if you roll with people that get faded, be prepared to pick them up off the floor! Last tip - it's in a random spot so go with someone who's been there before or else be prepared to get a little lost via MapQuest. If you have a favorite DJ spinning at Mighty, make sure you get on the list and get your ass there! I'll see you on the dance floor!

Pretty creepy art. Nice dark spot, a little cramped for space, good strong pour, great live music. Handsome clientele. A bit of a rock-a-billy vibe. Nothing really stands out but at least street parking was easy to find.
