by Arthur W. on I flew to Austin just to go to Bar Chi and it was totally worth all my parents Southwest Rapid Rewards! Anyone who doesn't like Bar Chi is probably not a foodie and would be better off at TGI Friday's anyway. I had the sushi and I would suggest the sushi.
by Jennifer L. on Came here w. my bf & a bunch of our friends place was lame they charged all the guys $15 to get in even though on the guest list wtf & the music was so whack..the security guards are a bunch of creeps trying to hit you up & get your number not letting you have a good time & just dance damn!! The bartenders are so whack!! I'm a bartender myself & I think I know a thing or to how to pour a good drink **one guy literally gave me a whole thing of vodka & splash of cranberry ...I thought I ordered a cranberry vodka ..maybe back in high school that would have been fine to support my out of control partying ways but times have changed & I want a good stiff drink that does not taste nasty...lame place would not come back for sure..oh & I saw Rufio here!!
by Bethel Lathon on I visited this aquarium over Labor Day weekend last year with a group of friends...all of us on a c i d. We could not have picked a better place in ATL to romp through in that condition. Sure it was crowded with obnoxious people (hello, holiday weekend) but it was also crowded with non-obnoxious fish and aquatic mammals! (Well, they may be obnoxious - i do not know said animals personally.) I have been to multiple aquariums throughout the country and it was just as good or better than any of them. The sweetheart belugas, the whale sharks (one of which has since died, r.i.p.), the dark tunnel of jellyfish, the crustaceans under black light, the otters, the penguin's-eye-view bubble within their habitat - they're all just wonderful. They also have a cheesy/fun food court for mid-aquarium snacking. Catch the Deepo show and go down the slide in the kid's area and this place will make any adult feel like a kid again. Um, even without the assistance of hallucinogens.
