Midnight rodeo was a mixed bag for me. Like other reviewers said, they should just stick to country music and leave the cheesy top 40/hip hop music to 6th street clubs. It was great watching other people dance. Skill levels range from beginner to 'holy crap did that guy just flip that girl in mid-air?' Still, the steps are kind of easy to pick up by watching others, and you can always follow along on the line dances. The parking lot was super crowded on a Saturday night, and there was a bit of a wait to get in. The bar was super busy, and I think their tab system is completely antiquated and retarded. Update your cash register system people! It shouldn't take a 2 hour wait to pay your tab at the end of the night. I'm glad they have Ladies Night because I would not be willing to pay cover to get in. In summary: "It's like the Broken Spoke for the college age crowd." You can take that quote however you want.

Something for everyone here! Downstairs for your boring friends who want to lounge around. Upstairs for your fun friends who wanna get down. Getting in might be a challenge if you go late and don't know anyone. Music varies depending on the night you go, so check beforehand.

Place is OK. Crowd depends on the promoters. I like Fridays better bc I like the DJs choice of music better. I've seen him in other clubs and he's cool. He plays a good amount of caribbean music that I like. I like the crowd better on Fridays. Saturdays suck! There are too many ASIAN ppl there bc of the promoter. Too many of anything is not good...especially if they can't dance!!! BOOO!!! Basically, I was pretty bored and annoyed with a lot of ppl that night. I only went bc a friend of a friend's had a BDAY thing going. Besides that, I wouldn't have gone. It was just something to do that night. Would I go back? Maybe. Only on a Friday though.
