by Norman M. on I went here for the first time last Friday and had a great time. There were 7 of us total. The waitress was very nice and prompt. Our drinks and food came out very in a timely manner. The live music was good and the atmosphere was a lot of fun. We were up and dancing in the isle toward the end of the show. The menu was southern themed. The thing that impressed me the most was the fried catfish. I have spent so much time in the south because I have family there and it's so hard to find good fried catfish in a restaurant this far outside of the south. It was excellent. Someone else in our group ordered the fried chicken, which I sampled, and it was pretty right on as well.
by Nyla Sofia on Pretty typical grungy bar scene here...they do have cheap PBR and things of that nature. Very limited parking...plan on trekking from the Kroger lot across the street. It's cool if you can get a booth at the front patio and avoid some of the smokiness.
