I've heard Lime be described as not just any Sunday brunch place, but a lifestyle. With hype like that, how can this place in the Castro live up to such expectations? When you walk into Lime the first thing you notice is the booming music and the uber-trendy and hip decor. Everyone is dressed in their flyest outfits. It is definitely a place to be seen and noticed. The food at Lime is average at best. I had the Steak and Eggs and again let me say once more the food is very mediocre. The steak was tough and overcooked (despite asking it cooked rare) with little to no flavor. With that being said, who really cares about the food when you are so inappropriately drunk! And that's what Lime gets you, incredibly drunk at very early hours of the day. Their bottomless pomegranate mimosas were absolutely delicious. And did I mention bottomless, actually more like botadfmless. That's what your spelling looks like after a meal at Lime. Come here for the atmosphere and the drinks, stay here because you have no choice since there's no way bottomless mimosas should leave you standing.

I went there with a friend who knows her Dominican food, then again so do I a little!! And this is the worse Dominican food I ever had in my life and it is expensive. It is not worth it.
