by Liz Q. on If you're not in the mood to have loud music blaring in the background as people hump next to you while you eat brunch, DO NOT COME HERE. Honestly, people told me the brunch here was good and had bottomless mimosas. Say no more! I'm there! So a friend and I decided to check it out. When we first arrived the line was out the door. WTF? Turns out it was the line for Ike's sandwiches (will try soon). So I skipped the line and looked for the hostess or host. The first thing I saw was people bumping and grinding on the dance floor. Say what? Dance floor at a brunch place? Ok...SOMEONE forgot to tell me that this isn't your typical brunch/dining experience! We sat down and immediately ordered bottomless mimosas (pomegranate and regular)-very good! I loved how they give you biscuits and jam while you wait for your food. My friend ordered a frittata and I had the Eggs Benedict. Both were well prepared and very delicious, especially the side of potatoes. As we were enjoying our food we were enjoying the entertainment in front of us too! Next to us were some kids who looked like they just stumbled out of a club and decided to keep on drinking throughout the day. This place is crazy. Everyone drunk as hell at 1pm! WOW. I must say, I was expecting a nice, QUIET atmosphere with good food, but I got good food with entertainment. Overall, the food was good. I wouldn't mind coming here again if I was in the mood for this kind of ambiance.
by Peng H. on i had a good time everytime i went there. the girls werent bufugly for the most part and there's a good mix of asians (altho some claim that it's predominately korean). the only bad experience ive had w/ this place is halloween 2009. got my tix and we waited in line for 3hrs and we couldnt get in the club at the end of the night because cops came and said that the place was over it's capacity...shady asians...
by Nenita Hugar on It's a dive bar without the je ne sais quoi of my other favorite dives like Marina Lounge and Trax. But I do give a point to the bartender for letting me know when my tab went over $100. It actually made me giggle...
