by Fred M. on This place may be better known for their fries but they have a great burger. I like that they only have a few burger options. I suggest the original Delux burger. Get a mixed basket of potato and sweet potato fries. Great beers on tap too!
by jonathan u. on Not bad if you bring a crew, wack as hell if you go with just a few friends.... Ok this place gets points for having some grade A people watching, I saw things here that made my heart mealt with wise ass coments. But other then that the place is lame. I was here with like twenty people so it was cool because it was like a party noone had to clean up after but still it would of been wack with just 3 or 4 people. Overall go if other people are going, but otherwise just go somewhere else.
by Gil Prestage on this is a classy, yet funky, place. we were a group of 6 and our reservation was for 8:15. when we got there the head staff informed us that our table was not ready because the other party was still dining. rather than just make us sit and wait forever, they brought us out water, edamame, and rock shrimp tempura to munch on while we waited. now that's class right there. i even dropped one of our two edamame plates by accident and they came right over to clean it up and got us a new plate. that's just plain awesome. the decor is quite odd. i don't really know what to make of it. it's eye-catching but very very strange. the menu looked fairly standard for a japanese restaurant. simple sushi and sashimi. we opted for the tasting menu of sushi and then got a few entrees. the sushi was good but the cod was downright amazing. it just melted in your mouth. mhmmm mhmmm mhmmm. so good. i recommend that hands down. this place is, of course, quite pricey, but definitely worth the experience. and if you are collecting punches on your stephen starr card, this is definitely one you don't want to miss.
