All I wanted to do was dance so I went to another underground in SOMA and they warned me about my tshirt but let me in with a warning. What is up with collared shirts and afterhours? I've been to plenty and never had problems before. Could it be because of the two homicides in the new year near clubs?
by Willis Kelln on *Disclaimer* I have never been to slide. I did try to go to slide on a Saturday night. The bouncer would not let me in. I have never been denied entry to a club. I am furious. But also relieved. I am a firm believer that anyplace that would deny entry based on anything but the ability to pay for the good/service offered should be avoided at all cost.
by Jordan M. on What? A venue that was actually built for music? Extremely well layed out with multiple bars, two stages (main and side), seating for dinner and good acoustics. I don't see many bands there, but I always enjoy the place when i do. About the only negative thing I can think of is the damn mirror ball that sometimes blinds me.
