it's one of the venues that i liked. i went here for tigerheat thursday nights and the nightlife is a full on nightlife! OMG.. very intense night at avalon... i liked the setup of the venue, comparing to some of the venues that i've gone to in SF... and i heard that avalon is famous for filming music videos!  but then again, tigerheat night is the event to go, for a first timer like me... (:

Gina is great!!! I went here on my birthday on Sunday 5/25. We were the only people having dinner. Gina is a fantastic owner. She is very personable and makes you feel important. The food was fantastic and she comped our coffee and desert. Great birthday better than last years at Michael Mina's

always over-crowded and filled with teeny-boppers...and its impossible to get drinks....good music though
