Jeez, I really can't catch a break with the venues on Broadway. This place is the old Zebra Lounge resurrected with trashier crowd. From a decor standpoint, I have to give the new owners credit for upgrading the place. The venue is pretty large to host corporate events, but unfortunately, the crowd that attends this club is reminiscent of Sutra next door. Sure, I've been here on more than 4 occasions, but that was only because I've had bottle service discounts from my cousin who knows the owners. The drinks are reasonably priced, but you have to ask yourself if you're willing to spend less on drinks for a ghetto crowd. As for bartenders, look for Brenda...she's my homegirl who's not only hot, but makes it a point to get you tipsy.

This night is so stupid. They advertised for a Bowie/GaGa mashup.....they played one Bowie song which was mixed with a slow song. Horrible. Only three Gaga songs and not that great of a mix. The house band is ok. But the dj with black&white hair is down right HORRIBLE she couldn't play a good dance song if it smacked her in the face! Not a good dance club if you actually like to dance! They slowed must songs down?! What people there don't know how to dance? Never coming back here again! Plus they just used Bowie&GaGa on the flyer just to get people to pay to get in. Bad bad. If you like to just sway back a forth this club is for you.

Though I like to wear heels and can find the stairs in this place to be quite tedious - I'll still go to this place to see a show if someone I like is playing without question. It sounds good (provided the person doing sound knows what they're doing), got a good location, and the staff is nice. What more can you expect from a venue?!
