This aquarium is by far the best I have been to and I love that its in my city. There really isn't much to say except that it's amazing. Almost the entire time you will be smiling and amazed. Not to mention constantly telling your friends to look over here. Huge windows to make you feel like your in the water..to tunnels..your basically swimming with the fish. And you can host an event and have dinner which I must say is awesome. I went to one event hosted here and it felt like we owned the place. Personally I have only gone a few times over the passed 5 years of living here..only because its a TAD expensive.. but then again I'm surprised they don't charge more for all the expenses that they have. If you want to have a really nice experience..go and enjoi. Now only if we could get the six flags here to be as cool as the aquarium. (the six flags in Chicago is SO much better. 17/365 #rateclubs365

Sounds like everyone's reviews for this place has entirely to do with the staff and I guess I'm no exception. Wait was about half hour, and the bar area was comfortable and easy to get served. My friends complained about the booth size but that was their only complaint. My gal ordered the flatbread which is basically a thin crust pizza. She picked pepperoni because it had arugala on it. When it didn't come with arugala the waiter apologized, went back to talk the the chef and had him make a custom over the top-veggie flat bread at no extra charge which the chef himself delivered to our table. For me the real shocker was the value. I thought high end italian is expensive and it can be....but look close at the menu. The have a section called classic pastas. Everything in it is 12.99 and is enough food for two. The kicker is that you get a second half-baked classic pasta to go. Essentially four delicious meals for 12.99. Also, it's in the domain and sometimes it's tricky to pak close to your destination, but not here. Parking garage is right next to the restuarant.

I've been drinking here since, well, I don't want anyone getting in trouble (they seem to be tighter on ID's now - like the rest of the City), but I joke to friends that I was baptized here. Recently, I've been coming back here after soccer games on the UWS (it's the kind of place where a sweaty team can throw back some beers without feeling out of place on a weeknight) and I do sometimes come up here for a low-key night with friends to have a few beers and play pool. Yeah, it's kind of the same place as the Gin Mill, or Off the Wagon or Down the Hatch, but it still holds a special place in my heart and can be a lot of fun. Decent bar, friendly bartenders and OK dive bar food. Weeknights are great because of how laid back it can be. Recently, a small group of us came here, and played Beer Pong for three hours. Any night out that ends with a text to your girlfriend saying "I an dunk" is a good one.
