I loved the Spanish room... went on a Saturday. The cover is 25 bucks (which I did not pay) but where else is an urban crowd supposed to have a good time. No other Options.

If it is a weekend and you a guy....except to be paying for the 2 bottle min or come with 5 girls for every guy. It is the normal wait outside for 45 min when no one is inside kind of place. ~Once inside except to pay high NYC prices for drinks. ~Very nice inside, dress in impress (button down and shoes).

This place is rad. I walk in and the decade changes immediately. I picture the Rat Pack sitting in the corner talking about whatever it is that the Rat Pack used to talk about. I see gangsters in the corner discussing who is going to get "made". The bartenders are all over the age of 60, so they have "seen it all" in San Francisco, and if you get a chance, talk to them, cuz they will tell you stories. For music, its average. The sound is average, the space is a little strange. There are tables and chairs in the back half, so if you get there early enough, you can snag one, otherwise you can stand and its just like any other music venue. GAMH, Fillmore, whatever, there is always a way to get up to the front and see your favorite band. They usually get good shows, but you have to careful to be on top of your game...Flaming Lips sold out in seconds, and i missed that boat. Man...Flaming Lips at Bimbos. Would have been epic.
