by Mandy W. on A love/hate relationship... My friend and I came on a Friday night to celebrate our friend's birthday. We arrived at approximately 11pm... and the best part? We found street parking and walked into the club in no more than 5 minutes... without having to pay the cover charge. LOVE! There's a little something for everyone... whether you want to dance, smoke or play games! That night, the birthday girl reserved one of the sections in the dance room. It was conveniently located near the bar and a great get away from the crowd on the dance floor, yet it still allowed you to dance... though space may be limited with a large party. Eh... LIKE! As the previous reviews have stated, FULL of Asians. Not that I mind... My only complaint is that there aren't enough girls in here. I felt completely overwhelmed with the amount of guys standing around. DISLIKE! Beware of the fights, but other than that, a great place to go to just to hang out with friends and have a chill night. Like I said, there's a little something for everyone so everyone can have a fun night. Would I come back again? Eh.. sure.
by Carly W. on What a hot mess, it's fabulous. Best place to people watch scene kids recovering from coke binges and walk of shames. Great people watching, food is decent and who doesn't love bottomless mimosas? Big upz for Lime!
by Vern Dickens on Bootie is mash-up night, on the 2nd Saturday of the month at DNA lounge. The music is why you wanna go here. If you don't like dancing, then please stay home and save the room for everyone who does. Upstairs they usually feature out ot town mash-up DJ's. Lately they have had mash-up teams from Canada and Seattle. Late in the night, the upstairs offers more room for us dancers that like to kick, twirl and do moves that the downstairs crowd doesn't allow. Downstairs is slammin', IF the marina crap crowd goes home early enough. By marina crap, I mean guys with striped, collared polo shirts just standing or barely swaying on the dance floor and taking up valuable space. The only time I can really let loose is when I get up on the pedastals and sometimes I feel like too much of a pedastal hog. It can get really crowded and I find myself dancing on the balcony upstairs too, which is OK, but I'd rather actually be able to fit on the dance floor. 4 stars instead of 5 because of the kinda lame crowd it can draw. Some cool people show up, but we are drowned in the sea of lameness sometimes.
