I came here for a shopping event after work and was sort of horrified by the place. Completely "eek, methinks not!" I admit I'm totally assuming that the drinks are usually made poorly, charged steeply, and that they play some pulsating remix of mainstream dance hits on repeat. But what grated me most was the borderline-claustrophobic labyrinth of narrow corridors and dirty, used, dingy-feeling rooms and upholstery. Honestly, on those rare occasions I go to a club, I want to be a bit wowed by the decor and feel like a million bucks. Touch made me feel more like I'd be touched, in a not-good way, by skeevy guys as they leer past you in the halls. It sucked for the event venue and probably would suck more for a night out. No thanks!

Came here on a random Saturday night based on good reviews. People seemed to be total pretentious hipsters. I would suggest coming here when there's a good performer, otherwise don't waste your time.

Friends brought me here on my first night as a San Francisco resident ... absolutely love this place. We must grab dinner here more often than any other place in the city ... I recommend the veggie combo - soooooo good. The waitstaff is super-friendly but the service is a smidge slow - not the place if you're looking for a fast dining experience.
