i dont remember much. but what i do remember from the night... wasnt happening. a little too empty for my liking. nothing special about the place that would make me want to go back. i definitely remember the cute bartender. he even bought us a round. that's something worth remembering. haha

This place is too small for my liking. Also, for every 10 girls, there was only 1 guy. That kind of bothered me as well, considering a bunch of us girls wanted to dance and dancing with your BFF gets old after awhile. The ambiance is nice, the bar is super nice and huge considering the lack of space in the entire building. There's a whole big security check you have to go through before you enter which is appreciated but I can see how one would find it annoying. The music could have been a little better, the drinks could have been a little cheaper, but we had the VIP section and got in for free so I can't complain too much.

1. Only 5 dollars for a mixed drink 2. PBR is $2 3. Tab minimum is $20 Lights Down Low happens every 2nd and 4th Fridays, which is indie electro fusion with a bit of disco beats on the side. The overall lay out of the 222 is lounge style with a bit of grime thrown in. Be warning, the bar area is a bit of a squeeze but the service is definitely on the better side. Drinks are made quick with a no nonsense attitude from the bartenders. Dance floor, seating and bathrooms can be found on the lower level. In my book, 222 is a full of potential. It's good place to kick back with my friends when I want to indulge in good conversation but still has the ability to handle my fancy footwork when I want to dance the night away.
