Manor West is trying to give the feel of a Vegas night club. Tastefully decorated inside but watch out 'cause the floors are SUPER slippery. 2 of my girls ate it and a guy in the VIP area had been keeping count...I guess a lot of girls were slipping and sliding all night. All in all, nothing so extraordinary; however, probably one of the better clubs in SF as of now.
by Marcelles F. on SO as a former West Coast Promoter, i was eager to get out in the East Coast and check out the nightlife. But this place GRAVELY disappointed me. I guess maybe its the east coast way, so my friends say, but they are real a** h*&*s at the door. they REALLY think highly of themselves and their so-so club. I literally watched them turn away people because they were not "cute" enough for their club. I respect the process of weeding for a better club environment, but the way they went about it.. downright rude... and i am surprised no one has sued these people. the dance floor was wet, the drinks overpriced, and i was told the only reason we got in is because we agreed to buy a REALLY OVERPRICED bottle, even though we had 6 girls with us! ( ONLY 2 GUYS! ) I can see they are all about their money, but they are lucky they are in the east... cause this type of snobby behavior would never fly in the west. at least where i am from!
by Zenia Cerda on Blah blah it's just like Miami except the Miami one is sooooo much better...well if that's the case, go to Miami and get the heck out of Manhattan. Came here late on a Friday, there was no line outside but a HUGE crowd at the coat check. Annoying. The music was good but the front room was empty and the back room was insanely packed, but you can't hear the music as well or dance much in the front room. Gah. Dilemma. We stayed for one drink, and I think that was enough for me. Next time I want to go to the beach, I'll go to the beach. Not Nikki beach.
